Where our mobile applications allow for the delivery of “push notifications” you can also opt out of receiving these notifications by toggling the “Notifications” switches within our mobile applications to “off.” By downloading and using our mobile application, you may receive promotional messages, offers, news and information about Donut Boys or our business partners within the mobile application itself. These “in app” messages are part of our mobile application’s functionality and cannot be turned off. If you do not want to receive “in app” messages, offers, news and information, do not download or use our mobile application.

Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still send you transactional communications, including emails about your accounts or purchases.

How We Protect Your Information

Donut Boys protects your information using technical, physical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your information.

Credit Card Information

All data transaction data transmitted between DonutBoys.com and the payment gateway is protected by a Secure SSL connection. The payment gateway is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. No credit card information is stored by Donut Boys.

Donut Boys has no responsibility or liability for credit card fraud or any loss incurred by you as a result of submitting your credit card information with respect to purchases.
